Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: -Plan and schedule cargo flights based on demand, available aircraft, and cargo capacity. Optimize routes and flight frequencies to maximize efficiency. - Supervise and coordinate the handling of cargo, including loading and unloading procedures. - Ensure that cargo is properly secured & documented. - Stay updated on international and local regulations governing air cargo operations, including customs, security, and safety requirements. -Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. -Maintain positive relationships with customers, including shippers, consignees, and freight forwarders. -Manage the budget for cargo operations, including expenses related to staff, equipment, and facilities
