About the role: IR Specialists work with equity firms that buy, hold and grow companies in mainstream sectors. We are looking for a highly self-driven, intelligent, and motivated Investor Relations Specialist who can source, build and maintain a pool of new investors for new investment opportunities, and maintain good relationships with current investors, someone who is comfortable in managing relationships with high profile executives. Zaphyre pays close attention to make sure that the investors receive the best possible returns on their investments and they are being treated well. Following are the requirements and responsibilities for the candidate we are looking for: Job Responsibilities: Assist development and implementation of investor targeting by searching prospects through online platforms like LinkedIn and other platforms who can be potential investors Qualify prospects based on Zaphyre criteria as an investor and non investor Design and execute cold outreach campaigns to engage with prospects and schedule 30 min meetings on a daily basis Maintain dashboards on cold outreach activity and KPIs according to SOPs Facilitate to collect investment information and support to prepare quarterly and yearly reports for shareholders Conduct introductory meetings with prospective investors to pitch thesis of investments and gauge investor’s interest and confidence for our investment opportunities Raise X number of $ figure as assigned by manager in soft commitments Keep track of current investment opportunities within Zaphyre & its clients Provide organizational, analytical and logistical assistance for investor activities Maintain relationships with current and potential investors by responding to their inquiries or keeping them updated on current activities and opportunities Job Requirements: Genuine interest in investments and has some knowledge around business investments and how they work Has excellent command on communication skills (can speak their mind freely) and can interact with high level executives with ease; CEO, founder, VP and director level titles Is a go-getter mentality, has ability to think on their feet, explore and ideate on their own to come up with creative solutions High attention to detail Understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts Professional demeanor towards clients and colleagues Strong sense of responsibility towards their work Responsive to prospect or investor’s inquiries Good command on Microsoft Office and G-Suite Willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced, professional environment Preferred Qualifications: 0/A levels education Degree in Finance 1-2 years of experience working in an account management role at a reputable firm preferably working in US or Canadian market Location : Shahre-Faisal, Karachi Timing : 5:30PM - 2:30AM (Monday - Friday) Salary Bracket : Market competitive + uncapped Commission + Medical + Transportation allowance.
