The position: The Recruitment Associate is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Taraki’s Executive Search division. Core Responsibilities: • Communicate with candidates regularly to keep them updated on the status of their searches. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions. • Coordinate the scheduling and interviewing of shortlisted candidates. • Identify and screen candidates who meet the firm's search criteria. • Compose and send personalized thank-you notes to candidates after interviews or placements. • Ensure that all hiring timelines are met and that any potential delays are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
