Key Responsibilities: -Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in the trucking and logistics industry through market research, networking, and cold calling. -Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their unique dispatching needs. -Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the value of our dispatching services to clients through presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. -Solution Customization: Tailor our dispatching solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients and provide them with cost-effective and efficient logistics support. -Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service agreements to secure new clients and retain existing ones. -Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to make informed sales strategies. -Client Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or issues promptly. -Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
