Arbisoft reached more of Pakistan's tech talent while spending less on LinkedIn
Arbisoft's recruiters didn't switch tools or learn a new workflow. Each role now goes out to LinkedIn, Google Jobs and Taraki from a single post, and every application lands back in the system they already use.

Challenge
For Arbisoft the hiring problem was never the system. Their recruiters already ran every pipeline through an applicant tracking system they were very comfortable with.
The problem was getting jobs in front of the right people. Not enough good candidates were seeing Arbisoft’s roles, so recruiters spent a lot of time going through applications that weren’t a good fit.
They were mostly posting jobs on LinkedIn. With the number of roles Arbisoft hires for, this got expensive, and it still wasn’t bringing in the right candidates.
What Arbisoft needed:
Keep their current applicant tracking system
No new tool for recruiters to learn
Reach more of the right candidates
Spend less than they were spending on LinkedIn

Solution
Arbisoft needed more reach for their jobs, without touching the system their recruiters relied on. That’s where Taraki came in.
Arbisoft integrated Taraki into its applicant tracking system and handed it one job: getting their jobs distributed across different platforms. Their recruiters kept working exactly as before but got better candidates in less time and budget.
Now the team posts a job once, and it goes out to three places at the same time:
LinkedIn, as a regular job listing. Taraki is an official LinkedIn partner, so Arbisoft no longer pays LinkedIn for every post.
Google Jobs, so the role shows up when people search for jobs on Google.
Taraki, where Pakistani tech professionals are looking for their next role.
Every candidate who applies, from any of these places, goes straight into Arbisoft’s applicant tracking system. Recruiters review and move candidates the same way they always have.
