Challenge
Tasdeeq holds credit records for millions of people, and it runs with a team of fewer than 50. When one seat is empty, everyone feels it.
In September, Tasdeeq had four roles to fill: two in operations and two in IT. The IT roles needed people who could run its Linux servers and infrastructure, and those people are hard to find.
Waiting months for the right person wasn’t an option.

Tasdeeq didn’t have time for a long setup. The team signed up on Taraki, and three minutes later its first role was live.
Each role was posted once and went out to LinkedIn, Google Jobs and Taraki at the same time. Instead of waiting for the right CV to show up, the team had hundreds to choose from for every role, all in one place. Even the specialist IT roles drew hundreds of applicants.
Going through that many CVs could have taken weeks. But every applicant came with a score out of 100, so the team knew who to look at first. That cut their screening time in half, and they moved to interviews while good people were still available. Within a month, all four seats were filled, and the extra work stopped piling up on everyone else.
