The short answer
The best recruitment software in Pakistan depends on how your team hires. If you want to post a job to LinkedIn and Google Jobs in one go, have every applicant scored, and run the whole pipeline at a flat monthly price in rupees, Taraki is built for that. If you mainly need free job posting with a local candidate pool, Mustakbil is the strongest free option.
If you run a multinational office that already pays for tools in dollars, Workable and Zoho Recruit are the established global choices.
We make Taraki, so we've listed it first. Every other product here is described from its own pricing page or help centre, checked on 20 October 2026. Prices change, so confirm before you buy.
This guide is for HR managers and founders hiring a few roles every quarter, whose CVs currently sit across email, WhatsApp and a shared Excel sheet. There are good candidates out there and good companies looking for them. Most of the friction sits in the process between the two, and that's the part recruitment software is meant to fix.
What to look for in recruitment software in Pakistan
Six things decide whether a tool will actually fit how Pakistani companies hire.
Where your job gets seen. A job portal shows your job to its own users. Recruitment software with job distribution sends one post to several places, such as LinkedIn, Google Jobs and your careers page. Check whether the job goes out under your company's name or the platform's.
How applicants get screened. Opening every CV doesn't scale once a role passes 50 applicants. Look for scoring that explains why someone fits, plus screening questions you set yourself.
One place for the whole pipeline. If shortlisting still happens in Excel and interviews get arranged over WhatsApp, the tool isn't doing its job. Look for stages you can customise, notes your team can see, and messaging by email and WhatsApp from inside the platform.
How you're charged. Global tools usually charge per recruiter seat in dollars, so the bill grows every time someone joins the hiring team. Local tools more often charge per job or a flat monthly fee in rupees.
Local fit. Billing in PKR, local payment methods and support on WhatsApp matter more than feature lists suggest, especially for smaller teams.
Applicant tracking or full HR suite. An applicant tracking system (ATS) covers hiring only. HR software covers payroll, attendance and leave, and sometimes includes hiring as a module.
Decide which problem you're solving first.

The 9 options, reviewed
Taraki
Taraki is recruitment software built for Pakistani companies. You post a job once and it goes out to LinkedIn, Google Jobs and your own careers page, with Indeed being added. It posts to your company's LinkedIn page, not just Taraki's. Every applicant is scored out of 100 the moment they apply, with a short explanation of why they fit, so you can see who's worth a call without opening every CV.
The rest of hiring happens in the same place: your own pipeline stages, a searchable database of past applicants, and messages to candidates by email and WhatsApp. Emails go from your own Gmail and interviews land in Google Calendar. Teams at Bykea and Oladoc run their hiring on it.
Price: Silver PKR 10,000/month for 3 active roles, Gold PKR 25,000/month for unlimited roles,
with cheaper annual plans. No per-seat fees, so your whole team can use it.Best for: companies hiring regularly who want distribution, screening and tracking in one tool, paid in rupees.
Keep in mind: it handles hiring, not payroll or attendance. Its candidate pool and support are focused on Pakistan.
See how it works: job distribution, applicant tracking, AI scoring and candidate database.
Mustakbil
Mustakbil has run a Pakistani job portal since 2004 and now includes a full applicant tracking system in every account. Posting is free and unlimited, AI scores the first 25 applicants on every job, and pipelines, assessments and interview scheduling are included at no cost.
Price: free posting; Boost from PKR 5,250 per job; Pro PKR 10,500/month with 3 seats; CV search from PKR 22,000/month. Prices include tax, and it accepts JazzCash and bank transfer.
Best for: small businesses hiring locally that want to start free.
Keep in mind: its pricing page doesn't mention posting to LinkedIn, Indeed or Google Jobs, so reach depends on Mustakbil's own audience.
Rozee.pk
Rozee is Pakistan's best-known job portal, with a large CV database and paid tools for recruiters.
Price: Featured Job US$99 per credit, Top Job US$190, CV search from US$250/month. The page says these prices apply within Pakistan and exclude taxes.
Best for: employers who want the reach of a familiar local brand and access to its CV database.
Keep in mind: Rozee's own help page says you can view applicant CVs only on paid, featured jobs. It's a portal rather than a tracking system, so screening and follow-up still happen elsewhere.
LinkedIn
Most white-collar hiring in Pakistan touches LinkedIn at some point, especially for tech and managerial roles.
Price: one free job post open at a time. Promoted jobs run on a daily budget you set, charged per click. Recruiter Lite, for searching and messaging candidates, costs US$170/month for one seat.
Best for: experienced, professional and tech roles.
Keep in mind: it's a channel, not a tracking system. Applicants from LinkedIn still need managing alongside everyone who applied elsewhere.
Indeed
Indeed collects jobs from across the web and lets employers post directly.
Price: free job posts, or sponsored posts on a daily or monthly budget, charged when candidates engage.
Best for: volume roles where you want wide reach at low cost.
Keep in mind: Indeed says free posts can get limited visibility, and it may limit how many applicants you can view.
Manatal
Manatal is a global applicant tracking system popular with recruitment agencies, with AI recommendations and a careers page builder.
Price: US$15 per user/month on annual billing, US$19 monthly. 14-day trial.
Best for: agencies and small HR teams who are fine paying per seat in dollars.
Keep in mind: costs grow with every user, and there's no PKR billing or Pakistan support team.
Zoho Recruit
Zoho Recruit is a global applicant tracking system with a forever-free plan.
Price: free for 1 active job; Standard US$25 and Enterprise US$50 per recruiter/month on annual billing. AI features are on Enterprise.
Best for: companies already using other Zoho products.
Keep in mind: each paid seat carries a cap on active jobs (10 on Standard), and billing is in dollars.
Workable
Workable is a full global hiring and HR platform used by many multinationals.
Price: from US$299/month for companies with 1 to 20 employees on annual billing, rising with headcount. 15-day trial.
Best for: multinational offices and funded companies with budgets in dollars.
Keep in mind: it's priced for larger budgets than most Pakistani small and mid-sized companies.
Local HR software with a recruitment module
Pakistani HR suites such as Resourceinn and PayPeople sell recruitment as one module alongside payroll, attendance and leave.
Price: quote-based, usually per employee per month.
Best for: companies that want hiring and HR administration from one vendor.
Keep in mind: recruitment is one module among many, so check how far its job posting and screening go before you commit.
How to choose the best recruitment software in Pakistan for your team
Start from how often you hire and who does the hiring, not from feature lists.
Hiring one or two roles a quarter: free channels may be enough. Use LinkedIn's free post,
Indeed and Mustakbil, and track applicants in one shared sheet. Move to software when that sheet starts losing people.
Hiring every month with a small HR team: you need distribution, screening and tracking in one place. Compare Taraki, Mustakbil Pro, Manatal and Zoho Recruit, and look closely at how each one charges as your team grows.
Recruitment agency: you need a candidate database you can reuse across clients and wide reach for every job. Manatal, Zoho Recruit and Taraki are all used by agencies.
Multinational office: you'll likely follow whatever your head office uses, often Workable or a larger global system.
Buying HR and payroll anyway: a local HR suite with a recruitment module keeps it to one vendor, at the cost of hiring features.
The pricing model matters more than the starting price. Here's what a team of three people involved in hiring would pay each month at published rates, before taxes and add-ons.
Software | Monthly cost for a team of 3 |
|---|---|
Mustakbil Pro | PKR 10,500 (3 seats included) |
Taraki Gold | PKR 25,000 (unlimited roles, no per-seat fees) |
Manatal | US$45 (annual billing) |
Zoho Recruit Standard | US$75 (annual billing, 10 active jobs per seat) |
Workable Standard | US$299 (companies with 1 to 20 employees) |
Add a fourth or fifth person and the per-seat tools go up again. A flat monthly price like Taraki's doesn't.
Whatever you pick, run one real role through it during the trial or demo before committing. You'll learn more from that than from any comparison, including this one.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best recruitment software in Pakistan?
It depends on how you hire. For one tool that posts to LinkedIn and Google Jobs, scores applicants and tracks the pipeline at a flat rupee price, Taraki fits growing Pakistani teams. Mustakbil is the strongest free option, and Workable suits multinational offices.
How much does recruitment software cost in Pakistan?
Local tools range from free (Mustakbil, Zoho Recruit's free plan) to about PKR 10,000 to 25,000 a month for paid plans from Taraki and Mustakbil. Global tools charge in dollars, from US$15 per user a month (Manatal) to US$299 a month (Workable).
Is there free recruitment software in Pakistan?
Yes. Mustakbil offers unlimited free job posts with basic applicant tracking, and Zoho Recruit has a free plan for one active job. LinkedIn allows one free job at a time, and Indeed offers free posts with limited visibility.
What is the difference between a job portal and an applicant tracking system?
A job portal, like Rozee or Mustakbil, is where candidates find and apply for jobs. An applicant tracking system (ATS) is where you manage those applicants: screening, shortlisting, interviews and decisions. Some tools now combine both.
Do I need recruitment software if I already have HR software?
Only if your HR software's hiring module doesn't cover what you need. HR suites focus on payroll, attendance and leave. Check whether yours can post to LinkedIn and other boards and screen applicants before buying a separate tool.
Can recruitment software post jobs to LinkedIn and Indeed automatically?
Some can. Taraki posts to LinkedIn, Google Jobs and your careers page from one submission. Manatal, Zoho Recruit and Workable connect to job boards too, mostly global ones. Pakistani job portals generally keep jobs on their own site.
Is AI resume screening accurate?
It's a fast first pass, not a final decision. Good AI scoring shows why it rated someone highly, so your team can check the reasoning. Use it to decide who to look at first, then judge candidates yourself.
Is Taraki a recruitment agency?
No. Taraki is software your team uses to post jobs, screen applicants and manage hiring yourself. It doesn't charge a percentage of salary or hire on your behalf.
